A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all jobs over $200.
Deposits secure your appointment and cover material preparation.
If you cancel your appointment, you may reschedule and apply your deposit to the
new date. However, the deposit remains non-refundable beyond this.
Payment Methods
A 3% fee may apply to all credit card transactions.
No fee applies when paying with cash or check.
Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule. We’ll do our best to
accommodate you, and your deposit will carry over.
No-shows or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in the forfeiture of
your deposit.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Right to Refuse Services
As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any
reason.
Media Usage
We may take photos or videos of your vehicle for documentation and promotional
purposes.
We will never include names, addresses, or sensitive information without your
explicit permission.
If you’d prefer your vehicle not be used in any marketing, please let us know in
advance.
Liability Disclaimer
Dent Doctor is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or faulty
parts, or damage that may occur from normal service procedures on aged or
compromised surfaces.
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items before
service begins.
We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.
Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up
Please ensure your vehicle arrives at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may
impact our ability to complete your service on time.
Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion unless
arrangements have been made.
Vehicles left beyond 48 hours may be subject to a storage fee unless discussed
otherwise.
