Deposits

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all jobs over $200.
  • Deposits secure your appointment and cover material preparation.
  • If you cancel your appointment, you may reschedule and apply your deposit to the
    new date. However, the deposit remains non-refundable beyond this.

Payment Methods

  • A 3% fee may apply to all credit card transactions.
  • No fee applies when paying with cash or check.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Please give advance notice if you need to reschedule. We’ll do our best to
    accommodate you, and your deposit will carry over.
  • No-shows or cancellations without reasonable notice may result in the forfeiture of
    your deposit.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Right to Refuse Services

  • As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any
    reason.

Media Usage

  • We may take photos or videos of your vehicle for documentation and promotional
    purposes.
  • We will never include names, addresses, or sensitive information without your
    explicit permission.
  • If you’d prefer your vehicle not be used in any marketing, please let us know in
    advance.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Dent Doctor is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or faulty
    parts, or damage that may occur from normal service procedures on aged or
    compromised surfaces.
  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items before
    service begins.
  • We are not liable for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.

Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up

  • Please ensure your vehicle arrives at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may
    impact our ability to complete your service on time.
  • Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after completion unless
    arrangements have been made.
  • Vehicles left beyond 48 hours may be subject to a storage fee unless discussed
    otherwise.
